Due to a local family’s connection with a Toronto Diocese Youth Minister, We, in the Belleville area have been given an incredible opportunity for our High School Teens.

In the past there has been a Steubenville Conference held in Toronto.  This year Toronto is organizing a fleet of buses from various parishes to attend the STEUBENVILLE OHIO YOUTH CONFERERENCE from June 28-30th. This is an wonderful chance for our young people to join other teens in the experience of a lifetime.   If we have enough interest and participation we will have a bus from Belleville, if it is not the case we will join with the Toronto group, in either Whitby or Newcastle.  Time, however, is very tight.  In order to secure our spots, we must know by Tuesday Jan 16th at the latest.  We have the chance to reserve spots before they get opened to the public at the end of January, and all spots are typically filled within 48 hours.

Costs for the busing, accommodations, and meals while there is set at about $440 Canadian dollars for the Toronto group.  A slight add on may be needed for a bus to pickup and drop off in Belleville (again dependant on participation)

There will be a meal stop on the way down and back, most likely in the States that teens will need to be prepared to pay for themselves.

Also, Toronto provides a T-Shirt program where the whole group will have matching shirts each day, making it a lot easier to find each other when the need arises. Cost projection on this is $12/person/day for 3 shirts.

In order to secure a spot please contact      Pat:  Bailz77@yahoo.com

We will be asking for A $60 deposit at this time and will need to know about T-shirt preferences and sizing at this time as well.

This conference is geared toward High School students, and because of a large demand only HS teens will be permitted to register.

For those not familiar with this conference more info can be found at:
